Complimentary delivery on all orders within Romania.

International


Complimentary international delivery on orders over €500.                                       Shipping costs for orders under €500 are calculated at checkout.

Pieces available in our showroom are shipped within 1–2 business days.

For made-to-order or personalized pieces, please allow up to 21 business days for production and delivery.

All orders are shipped via express courier and presented in our signature ANDRESCO Jewelry packaging.

Returns

Standard pieces may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized or made-to-order jewelry, including special sizes, engravings, custom symbols or bespoke pieces, cannot be returned.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned piece.
