1. Introduction. We respect and support the rights to private life and the protection of the Personal Data. We shall collect, use or disclose your Personal Data, following the provisions of the Privacy Policy as in force at the time of interest and the national and European applicable laws in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data (Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data).  By request for transmission of the free information regarding the offers of the company and by access the Services, you have been informed and you understand to expressly agree that Nomilus shall use your personal data according with the object mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

2.  Information regarding the Personal Data we collect. During the registration process, or the use of the Website and the services, you will be asked to provide us with Personal Data, including but not limited to your name and surname, your email address, your date of birth, your residential address, your telephone number, information regarding your education and profession, your marital status, and, in general, other information that can be used for your personal identification.

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect sensitive personal information from individuals and you should not send us sensitive personal information. "Sensitive personal data" is information about an individual who discloses racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or membership of a trade union, genetic information, biometric information for the sole purpose of identifying an individual, health or information on the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person. If, however, you intentionally or by inadvertently transmit sensitive personal information, you will be deemed to have explicitly given us your consent to process sensitive personal information in accordance with Article 9 (2) (a) of the General Regulation on Data Protection. We will use and process your sensitive personal information for the purpose of deleting them.

3. Information regarding the Personal Data collected by other websites. By accessing our Website, it is possible to exist links that lead to other websites, operated by third parties, since currently and in the future we collaborate with such third parties. 9. Rights of the individuals You may exercise all the rights provided by pct. 1 of the present Privacy Policy and the right to appeal before the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or the justice. 11. Cookies. For your own convenience when using the Website, we use cookies, a technology that through the use of alphanumeric identifiers stores a small amount of information at the Website’s user computer, so that the Website can track future visits of the user, when browsing from the same computer. Cookies enhance the convenience and use of the Website. For example, the information provided via Cookies is used in order to identify you as a former user of the Website, to offer a personalised content of the Website and information about how you use it, and to facilitate your experience when browsing in same. 12. Tracking information. We may use web beacons or pixel tags for the tracking of information and more specifically for the tracking of our users and the collection of evidence and information in relation to demographical characteristics of the users of the Website, circulation patterns and success of the Website, statistical analysis etc. We may forward the aforementioned information to advertisers and others, in order to improve our Services or provide similar ones. None of this information can be linked to the identity or other Personal Data of individual users. Given the fact that the web beacons operate like any other request of information within the Website, you cannot refuse them, but you can make them ineffective by withdrawing from cookies or by changing the cookie settings of your browser. Also, for our research purposes, we may link the tracking of information via web beacons with the Personal Data provided voluntarily by the users of the Website. 13. Data transfer. All your information is stored in Romania. Personal data provided to Nomilus can be transferred outside of Romania, but only to states in the European Economic Area. Apart from complying with any legal obligations to which we are subject (for example, complying with a court order), we do not intend to transfer your information outside of the European Economic Area or to an international organization. In the unlikely event that we are forced to transfer your information outside of the EEA (or an international organization) for such a purpose, we will provide appropriate safeguards and safeguards.
